Refund & Shipping Policy

Plain-language summary of how shipping and refunds work. This is standard print-on-demand policy boilerplate provided for launch and should be reviewed by Stix War / legal counsel before being relied on.

How your order is made & shipped

Every Stix War item is printed on demand — made specifically for you after you order, through our print partner — then shipped directly to you. We don't hold inventory.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays are outside our control.

Returns & refunds

Because each item is custom-made for you, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (e.g., ordered the wrong size or design). Please double-check your design, item, and size before checking out.

That said, we stand behind every order. If your item arrives:

contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll reprint it or refund you — your choice. No drama.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order never arrived, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to reship or refund it.

Order changes & cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order if it hasn't entered production yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

How to request a refund or report a problem

Message us through our contact page with your order number and a photo (if applicable). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
