These are standard e-commerce terms provided so the store can launch. Entity name, governing law/jurisdiction, and any custom terms should be set and reviewed by Stix War / legal counsel before being relied on.

Welcome to Stix War ("Stix War", "we", "us"). By accessing or buying from this site (memestix.com, gifstix.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders & payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout; shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept, refuse, or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable items) and will refund you if we cancel after payment.

Products

Every item is printed on demand and made to order. Colors and sizing may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Stickers, bumpers and holographics are weatherproof vinyl; magnets are flexible magnet; apparel is cotton, DTG-printed.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timelines and our return/refund terms are described in our Refund & Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Designs & custom uploads

Stix War's catalog designs are owned by or licensed to us. If you upload your own artwork (e.g. the flag designer), you confirm you have the right to use it and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights. We may decline to print anything that is infringing, hateful, or illegal.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend access for misuse.

Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stix War is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
